Why This System Exists 

This system exists because I lived the problem it solves. After more than a decade in leadership, I did everything I was told would lead to success- worked harder, took on more resonsibility, sacrificed balance- and still found myself burned out, undervalued, and unsure what move actually made sense next. What I eventually learned changed everything: career progrees isn't about effort. It's about alignment - between how hiring actually works, how you present your value, and how you sustain momentum without burning out.
