Intensity


  1. What is everything that you love to do?

  2. What are you good at, and what would you like to be good at?

  3. What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning? What keeps you going throughout the day?

  4. If you had a day entirely to yourself, how would you spend it? If you had a week entirely to yourself, how would you spend it? If you had a month entirely to yourself, how would you spend it? If you had a year entirely to yourself, how would you spend it?

  5. What activities make you lose track of time? Why do you think you get lost in it.

Job or Passionate Purpose

  1. What do you like about your current career? What do you dislike? What would make it better?

  2. Which parts of your job do you do well? What skills could you develop to make your job effortless?

  3. Which parts of your job do you find meaningful? If your job was to bring meaning to your existence, what would it be and why?

  4. If you could swap jobs with a friend, which one would you choose and why?

  5. If you were financially secure and didn’t have to work, how would you spend your time? What type of person would you have to be?

Mission


  1. When people come to you for help, what do they need from you? Why do you think they come to you from that? Do you think you could make money off of that? How?

  2. Who inspires you, and why? If you were to inspire others, what would your life look like?

  3. What keeps you up at night?

  4. What are your biggest pain points?

  5. What legacy do you want to leave behind?
